What is consignment?

Consignment is when we sell your items for you and you get a percentage of the profits.

How does it work?

First, schedule an appointment to consign. At your appointment we will go through your items and pick out what we think our customers will love. We will then price and sell your items for you!

We hang onto items for 60 days. After 30 days items are discounted. After 60 days items that haven't sold will be donated to homeless shelters, women's shelters, community centers, etc. unless otherwise specified by our consignors.

Our consignors receive 50% of the sales price to be paid out via cash or venmo.

What do you accept?

We are looking for like-new, on-trend clothing, accessories, shoes, and bags for men and women in all sizes! Items should be in excellent condition and less than two years old. Our customer base is typically between the ages of 20 and 45.

We accept LIKE-NEW women's and men's clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. We also accept gently used books and other miscellaneous items.

What To Look For Before Consigning

Please check for the following items before bringing items in to consign.

Obvious wear
Seam rips
Missing buttons
Missing brand tags
Older than 2 years
In season

Items should be in like-new condition

How To Prep Items for Drop-off

· Items should be folded neatly in a box or storage bin
· Items need to be clean, dry and wrinkle/smell free.
· Please limit to 50 items or less

Appointments usually take 15 minutes. We will go through your items while you shop around. 

please note:

  • We book up QUICK so it is possible there are no available dates.
  • We open our calendar on a rolling 31 day basis. If there aren't any available dates please check again tomorrow.
  • We limit appointments to TWO PER DAY. It may show that we have multiple openings but once the second appointment is taken those openings will gray out.
  • If we get any cancellations we typically post them to our social media stories.
  • CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please give us as much of a heads up as possible. Not showing up to your scheduled appointment could lead to account closing. You can cancel your appointment by contacting us or using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
  • If you have consigned with us before, please click EXISTING CONSIGNORS. If you're brand new, please click NEW CONSIGNORS.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do i cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment by clicking the "cancel" link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you no longer have the email you can send us a message on social media or email us through our contact page.

Where do you donate items that don't sell?

We are always rotating who we're currently donating to but we've previously donated to local schools, Defy Domestic Violence, Agrace, Re-tag-it, Whitewater community space, YWCA, and many more. We recycle stained and torn items through For Days or we give it away to upcyclers!

When can i cash out my earnings?

Anytime we're open! Earnings must be redeemed in-store only. If earnings are used as in-store credit you'll receive a 10% bonus to spend. There is no expiration date to redeem earnings.

Do you notify us when our 60 days is up?

We only notify you if you have chosen to have your items returned to you after the 60 day term. You will receive an email once items are ready to be picked up and will have 7 days from that email to pick items up before they are donated. If you have chosen to donate items, we will not tell you when your 60 days if up. 

Do you accept all seasons?

We accept seasonally. 
Spring: February - April
Summer: May - July
Fall: August - October
Winter: November - January
